Our reputation has allowed us to increase our workforce steadily.  We maintain an average of 700 employees, which have been with us for an average of three years. Multi-Temps has developed a recruiting method for specific skills through an advanced computer system, which streamlines our search capacities. 

Several seasonal organizations experience the benefit to receive the same employees who have worked for them on previous seasons.  This is very beneficial as it reduces time and cost of training. 

However, we have walk-ins daily applying for temporary position that are referred by current associates. Referrals from our temporary employees have been our best sources

Each applicant completes an application, all information is verified and references are checked. Employees will go through a safety orientation before being assigned to any customer.
